Avi Gat- CEO/Owner

Avi Gat, Ceo and Owner of Classic Homes Remodeling was born and raised in Israel and moved to Los Angeles, California in 1986. A short time after he was managing projects for a well-known construction company in Van Nuys, California while he mastered all phases of home remodeling.

Over the course of a decade with this company, Avi saw many problems in the industry.Avi decided that he was going to shoot for perfection and give homeowners a worry free remodeling experience, and so Classic Homes Remodeling was born.

Viola Carmona- Chief Financial Officer

Viola Carmona, our Chief Financial Officer - “Vi” as we call her, comes to us from the Navy and worked as a financial planner/advisor and aircraft inspector in Iraq, Japan and San Diego.

Vi has a Master’s Degree in accounting with her BS also in accounting and law school under her belt; she aspires to become a tax attorney for a fortune 500 company.

Vi is known for her 98.7% accuracy on over 125 business accounts recently when she worked with a local CPA firm in Oxnard California. Vi moonlighted as a freelance accountant on the side while working at her full time position.

Vi believes in actively giving back to the community so she is involved with numerous local community and church service projects. Besides being our CFO, Vi also handles the office side of our Project Management.

Temogen Amato- Marketing & PR Director/Webmaster

You’ll probably be meeting Tem at your job project site. Tem takes the photos and videos for our website photo gallery and advertising. He will visit your project site after the work has been completed on your project.

Tem does interviews with thrilled Classic Homes Remodeling clients and they are made available as testimonials for all of our website visitors and future clients. 

“PHOTOGRAPHY BY TEMOGEN” Advertising Photography Studio was owned and operated by Tem for 10 years. Tem moved away from New York City to work with a national food company as their Sales Trainer for 12 years. Tem has been CO-CEO at Step by Step Internet Marketing Business University for the past 5 years and his company builds professional websites for local businesses and sole business proprietors.

Tem does all the online and offline marketing and advertising for Classic Homes. He schedules all the Estimate Consultations and as Public Relations Director, Tem’s sees to it, that you are happy with Classic Homes Remodeling.

Raymond Lowe - Project Manager

Ray prides himself in being a “local son” having been raised here in local Ventura County. He plays Semi-Pro Baseball in the SoCal League since 1990 when he started out as a catcher and then later changed to first baseman. Ray became a licensed truck driver at age 18 and also drove a school bus.

At age 22 Ray found himself “in the right place at the right time” when he landed a highly sought after project; Ray spent 7 years remodeling C.B.C. and Point Mugu Naval Base Housing Project.

Ray is a veteran of 10 different contracting companies and has held his general contractors license for 10 years. Ray worked on residential and commercial contracts during his eventful and illustrious 25 year career in the construction business. His specialties are tile, electrical and plumbing.

Ray is Project Manager for Classic Homes Remodeling and you’ll be glad to see him visiting your project site because he works directly with you, the customer, to insure continuity, job performance and a high level of customer service.

Ray is liaison between home owners and our talented field crew of expert tradesmen
