______________________________ Plans In home licensed architect and designer I believe that planning is a key element for a successful completion – I will take my time planning things to create a unique feeling that is special in your home. I don’t want to duplicate others; I am standing for your own personal creativity and self expression. Permits Dealing with the city is a burden I take off your shoulders. I will issue the permits under my license and insurance. In some instances, I can work out a reimbursement agreement for the city fees. Dealing with the local authority is one thing I am used to doing and in some instances I personally know the stuff on the other side of the counter, what makes it easy and fast. All inspections with be coordinated by me and I will be present for the inspection. If for any reason I cannot meet the inspector on his schedule, than I will have one of my journey men showing the inspector around. Grading, demolition and foundation The first phases of a project are usually not so “pretty”. However, these processed are among the most important things done for the project as they cannot be changed later on as easily as it would be to change or replace a bed light fixture. Therefore, I will not rash that process, and I will ask for your compassion as a homeowner to be able to leave and be OK when such chaos is going on. I am not looking for nice words to describe it, as foundation work is never pretty. But – it is the foundation for the process. Plumbing Nobody like plumbing – when it goes bed nobody knows where the problem is. It is super important to do the right thing when it gets to plumbing. Bed plumbing job is almost a guarantee for life time of troubles. We will use the most recent materials and technology available to deliver right on the money. No cutting corners, no hiding anything. You underground plumbing will be delivered in the same meaner I will deliver your finished counter tops. Clean nice and accurate. Framing The dream of every homeowner – seeing some big framing deal going on in the back yard. There is nothing more America for me than a nice framing work. You can feel a good framing job, you don’t have to be a contractor, you can simply feel it. I will work per codes, I will have all the materials delivered prior to starting, I will take the extra step to deliver quality. You will absolutely love it when we frame it!!! Electrical work Lights are important. Lights are very important. So as plugs, GFIs, switches dimmers and covers. I will not over look any of these and will deliver the rough electrical work such that it meets both the state local code and meets your planning and understanding of the project. |
